Air Travel

Air travel is usually necessary for a family at some time. Booking flights it tricky and sometime tedious but if you know some tricks you can save some money. We usually fly via Southwest because they have one of the most informative booking systems on the internet. They have a great feature where you can view the month you plan on traveling and see the different costs to travel on the different days of the week. You can then pick the best days based on your schedule and budget. I recently had to fly at a different time than the rest of my family. I ended up flying out one-way with Frontier/Republic because there flight was cheaper than flying with Southwest on the same day. I was able to book the same cheap return flight with Southwest. I must say that I was skeptical about flying Frontier but was pleasantly surprised as to how clean their planes were, the free seating upgrade I received, and the service we go in-flight.
