Day Trips
Every state has something great in it to see. Get out your state map and start looking, there are tons of areas to see that are within a few hours drive that the whole family would enjoy. Go to the mountains, rivers or lakes near your homes. A one hour drive is worth it most of the time and you get a sense of adventure out of it. I always try and make a loop when going a day trip if possible. It makes the drive a lot more interesting.
